The 2019 Ram 2500 and 3500 HD is lighter, stronger, macho-er

Focusing on what it does best, the FCA Group’s Ram division is lavishing enrichment bucks throughout its lineup. Regular duty Ram 1500s, just now arriving at dealers, were thoroughly refurbished for the 2019 model year, earning wide acclaim. Now it’s time for new Ram Heavy Duty (HD) 2500/3500 pickups. The 2019 editions revealed at this month’s North American International (Detroit) Auto Show are fresh from the tire treads to their roof-mounted clearance lamps.

I got down to where the article said they were made in Mexico and I lost interest. Apparently there isn’t enough profit margin built into these trucks to support a living wage in America. Too bad the only people that will be able to afford them will be Drs., lawyers, and FCA shareholders, not working class wage earners.

@rwillou79 - The 1500 series trucks start at $31k, and the HD 2500 and 3500 start under $35k. That is a lot of truck for the money, and one would be hard pressed to get the same capability from any of the other American truck manufacturers for the same dollar.
